Wow, this post is so powerful. This is me to the “T”. I have been an over achiever my whole life and despite my best efforts I always feel like i am failing. Currently I have been super depressed and beating myself up. I am a SAHM, with a 2 and 4 yr old and my husband is deployed. If i dont do a million a one things i am up all night worrying about everything I have to do. I can see how not being presence is causing me to be stressed, short with my kids, and running in circle instead of running straight to where I need to be. Whew, just took a big breath.

You got my bio right!!! The World of the Future!! but I can’t see how just living today is going to get my bills paid…don’t I need to get those advertising letters out so I will have a client next week? set a goal for sales so I can pay my commitments at the end of the month? In a perfect world, I could have a great day today without stress or worry about the future. In my real world that is not possible to imagine. Tell me more!
